Gordon P. provides us with this one: From the Paranoid Conspiracy Theory Dept.: A (former?) Oklahoma weatherman for an NBC affiliate KPVI-TV named Scott Stevens has been making the rounds on the Nutball Circuit, flogging notorious crackpot Tom Bearden's latest 60-page screed, that Hurricanes Ivan and Katrina were artificially generated and controlled using Nikolai Tesla's "Scalar Wave Technology" that the Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo bought from the KGB and have been testing since the 1990's in their latest move to achieve their long-plotted "revenge" against the U.S.A. for having beaten Japan in WW-II. Stevens has a website which he claims to now be working on "full time." (One wonders if his "full time work" flogging paranoid conspiracy theories is because his bosses sacked him once it had become blindingly obvious that he'd started slipping his cogs...) Here is an example of the sort of "logic" he is using to "prove" the connection between Hurricanes Ivan, Katrina, and Yakuza-owned "KGB" weather control technology: Ivan and Katrina. These are both very Russian sounding names. It has been established that the former Soviet Union (fSU) developed and boasted of weather modification technology during the 1960's and 70's with deployment against the United States coming in 1976 with the audible arrival of the woodpecker grid. These weather operations continue to this day...

So let me get this straight: The Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo, a _Japanese_ gangster organization and and a _Japanese_ extremist religious cult, waited until "Russian-sounding names" were next on the hurricane roster, before they used technology they bought from the "KGB" and have been testing since the 1990's to "smite" the U.S.A. for WW-II ? What, is he claiming that Japanese gangsters and terrorists love and respect the KGB and Russia _that_ much, that they would schedule their "revenge" to honor Russia ??? And these guys wonder why no one takes them seriously ???

Methinks they've been wearing their aluminum-foil hats too long... :-T
