This is where Patriot-Act paranoia leads you: the man shot (in the back) and killed by panicky London police was an innocent electrician on his way to work. The police commissioner's statement that he was "directly linked to the ongoing and expanding antiterrorist operation" was just so much ass-covering bullshit.
