The UN blasts Iraq but asks for more time for the inspections.

And the stock market continues to fall on this seemingly "prowar" news. "The Dow Jones industrial average fell 78.37 points, or 0.96%, to 8,052.64. The broader Standard & Poor's 500-stock index lost 7.54 points, or 0.88%, to 853.86. And the tech-laden Nasdaq composite index declined 7.31 points, or 0.54%, to 1,334.83."
